Many people have misunderstandings or understanding of “Environmentally friendly high-quality surfactants for printing and dyeing of fine nonwoven fabrics“. Next, let me take you along and share it with your friends. Explore knowledge about “Environmentally friendly high-quality surfactants for printing and dyeing of fine nonwoven fabrics“…

In the printing and dyeing finishing process of nonwoven products, the use of printing and dyeing auxiliaries can improve operating efficiency, simplify the process, improve the printing and dyeing effect, and give nonwoven products excellent performance. With the development of various new fibers and the putting into use of production processes, the development of fabric additives suitable for this has become an urgent need. Currently, there are 6 types of environmentally friendly high-quality surfactants used in nonwoven production.

Alkyl glycoside Alkyl glycoside (APG). APG is a nonionic surfactant made from glucose as raw material. It has the characteristics of both anionic and nonionic surfactants. APG not only has high surface activity, fine and stable foam, but also has good decontamination and compatibility, is non-toxic, non-irritating, easily biodegradable, environmentally friendly, and has strong dissolving ability in water, even in acids and alkalis with high concentrations. and salt solution, its solubility is still high. APG is used for fabric cleaning. It can effectively remove floating colors and oil stains. It has soft, antistatic and anti-shrinking functions. It still has excellent cleaning power when used in hard water. These excellent properties allow APG to be used in all aspects of nonwoven production as an important component in scouring agents, detergents, emulsifiers, wetting agents, defoaming agents, thickeners and dispersants.

Alpha-olefin sulfonate (AOS). AOS is obtained by sulfonation of α-olefins. AOS has low toxicity, low irritation, and good biodegradability. It can be completely degraded after 5 days and does not pollute the environment. It has good wettability and detergency, and is resistant to hard water; and has anionic and nonionic surfactants. The agent has good compatibility and good synergistic effect with enzymes.

Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether carboxylate (AEC). AEC is synthesized from carboxyl groups and a certain proportion of EO chains. It has low foaming, acid resistance, alkali resistance, electrolyte and solubilization, decontamination, dispersion, wetting and other functions. It is non-toxic, non-irritating and easily biodegradable. . Adding AEC to printing and dyeing auxiliaries such as detergents, penetrants, leveling agents and softeners can improve the performance of these auxiliaries.

Gemini surfactant. Gemini surfactants have excellent properties and have become a hot spot in current research. Gemini surfactants are compounds with two hydrophobic groups, two hydrophilic groups and a linker, similar to two general single-chain surfactants connected together by a bridge. Because the structure of Gemini surfactant inhibits the repulsion between hydrophilic groups during the orderly aggregation of surfactants, the surface activity is greatly improved. Gemini surfactant has excellent performance and is expected to play an important role in the nonwoven industry, especially in the development of wet wipes products.

Methyl ester ethoxylate (FMEE). FMEE is a new type of nonionic surfactant that has developed in recent years. FMEE is an addition reaction of fatty acids and ethylene oxide in the presence of a special powdered oxide catalyst to achieve embedded polymerization. FMEE is a kind of green and environmentally friendly product. It can be biodegraded quickly in nature, is non-toxic, is less irritating to the human body than alcohol ethers, and has excellent penetration and wettability.

Biological enzyme pretreatment agent. Biological enzymes, also known as biocatalysts, are a type of natural high-molecular-weight proteins that are often used to catalyze biochemical reactions. Compared with general catalysts, enzymes have unique properties. Their notable features are specificity, high efficiency, and compatibility. . As a biological agent, enzyme preparation is non-toxic, has low sewage discharge, is beneficial to ecological environmental protection, and the finishing process is relatively simple, showing good prospects in the printing and dyeing industry.
