If the WU, WV, and UV DC resistances are different and the insulation resistance to ground must be less than 0.5 megohms, it is determined that the motor is bad and the motor spindle winding needs to be replaced. If the DC resistances of WU, WV, and UV are the same and the insulation resistance to ground must be greater than 0.5 megohms, then measure the feedback signal of the single spindle motor.

Then, connect the 10-pin plug of the single-spindle motor to the 10-pin socket of the tester, turn on the power of the tester, and slowly rotate the single-spindle motor rotor for 1 week by hand.
