The National Textile Fabrics Branch Officially Settled in Xiqiao, Foshan

On July 25, the Xiqiao branch of the National Textile and Fabrics Museum officially settled in West Foshan Qiao, this is an important measure for the in-depth development of Xiqiao’s innovation platform as a famous fabric town in China. It also marks the upgrade and development of Xiqiao fabrics’ business model from spot trading to exhibition and trade integration and e-commerce.
It is reported that the branch library has collected more than 20,000 pieces of fabrics, and also collected a large number of clothing fabrics from the Pearl River Delta region. In the next year, the branch library plans to collect and organize 100,000 pieces of fabrics and digitize them all to form a data resource that can be queried remotely.
