Recently, a market procurement trade seminar for foreign businessmen was held in Keqiao. 18 representatives from Keqiao’s foreign business community from Pakistan, South Korea, Yemen, India, and Syria participated. At the scene, the person in charge of the China Textile City Market Procurement Trade Management Service Center first introduced the market procurement trade model, pointing out that the market procurement trade method refers to the purchase of goods in a recognized market agglomeration area, which is handled by qualified operators. Export is a trade method with customs clearance procedures, and the customs supervision method code is “1039”. It has the characteristics of VAT exemption, convenient customs clearance, and flexible foreign exchange collection. Radman, the head of the Keqiao Yemeni community, said on the spot that the market procurement trade model effectively replaced the problem of paying for customs declarations and was a good attempt. At present, many members of the Yemeni community have registered companies and are trying the market procurement trade model.
After the market procurement model session, the Entry-Exit Management Team of the Keqiao District Public Security Bureau also introduced entry-exit visa policies and precautions through the Jianhu Foreign-related Lecture Hall, which received a positive response from representatives of the foreign business community on site. “The event is very well organized. I will convey the relevant content to all members of the chamber of commerce so that everyone can work better.” said Jin Jilong, president of the Shaoxing Korean Chamber of Commerce.
