Commonly used textile fabrics are poor conductors of electricity. During the production process and use of clothing, charges are deposited on the surface of the fabric due to contact and friction. The mechanism of action of antistatic agents is generally believed to be that antistatic agents can form a conductive continuous film, giving the fiber surface a certain degree of hygroscopicity and ionicity, thereby achieving antistatic purposes. Antistatic agents are divided into two categories: temporary and durable. Durable antistatic agents can still maintain good antistatic effects after being washed more than 20 times.
