In March 2017, Vietnam exported $2.103 billion in textiles and clothing, a year-on-year increase of 12.94%, and a month-on-month increase of 51.60%; Vietnam exported 114,900 tons of yarn, a year-on-year increase of 14.21%, and a month-on-month increase of 13.27%.
In March 2017, Vietnam imported 111,500 tons of cotton, a year-on-year increase of 19.72%, and a month-on-month decrease of 5.85%; imported yarns were 82,600 tons, a year-on-year increase of 9.46%, and a month-on-month increase of 24.87%; imported fabrics were US$996 million, a year-on-year increase of 20.20% %, a month-on-month increase of 43.85%.
From January to March 2017, Vietnam exported US$5.647 billion in textiles and clothing, a year-on-year increase of 10.87%; exported 295,300 tons of yarn, a year-on-year increase of 23.12%.
