Pakistan makes a positive final anti-dumping ruling on Chinese polyester filament yarn
On August 26, 2017, the National Tariff Commission of Pakistan made a positive final anti-dumping ruling on polyester filament yarn originating in or imported from China and Malaysia and levied anti-dumping duties on the products involved: The import of the products involved constituted dumping to Pakistan and caused substantial damage to Pakistani domestic enterprises. Therefore, it was decided to levy anti-dumping duties on the products involved at a cost and freight price (C&F) starting from August 26, 2017 (see the table below for details). Validity period is 5 years. The Pakistani tariff numbers of the products involved are 5402.3300, 5402.4700, and 5402.6200.
