Five provinces in the Yellow River Basin jointly carried out proficiency testing of textile inspection and testing institutions for the first time
In order to strengthen the capacity building of textile inspection and testing institutions and further promote the implementation of the major national strategy of the Yellow River, Shandong Province has joined forces with the Inner Mongolia Market Supervision Bureau, the Henan Provincial Market Supervision Bureau, the Gansu Provincial Market Supervision Bureau, and the Ningxia Market Supervision Department. The department organized for the first time the proficiency verification of textile inspection and testing institutions in the Yellow River Basin in 2022.
This proficiency testing project is about key product indicators such as color fastness to rubbing, PH value, and fiber content of textiles. While doing a good job in verifying the capabilities of inspection and testing institutions along the Yellow River Basin, the Zibo Customs Comprehensive Technical Service Center is invited to participate, aiming to improve the integration of domestic and foreign trade, actively promote the same line, same standard and homogeneity in the textile industry, and promote high-level inspection and testing technologyQualitydevelopment to provide more powerful technical support for related industries.
This proficiency verification requires qualified inspection and testing institutions with relevant testing capabilities such as color fastness to rubbing of textiles in the administrative regions of the five provinces (autonomous regions) to participate. At the same time, capable textile inspection and testing institutions of various types are also invited to actively join. This proficiency verification work will end at the end of August. At that time, the five provincial market regulatory bureaus (departments) will jointly announce the results of this proficiency verification. Institutions that do not participate in the proficiency verification without reason and the results do not meet the standards will be upgraded to credit risk classification levels and included in key For supervision objects, the frequency of random inspections will be increased. If illegal activities are discovered during the proficiency verification process, they will be dealt with seriously in accordance with the law.
By carrying out this proficiency verification work, we will further strengthen the capacity building of textile inspection and testing institutions in the Yellow River Basin, promote relevant institutions to continue to maintain technical capabilities and hardware requirements, and effectively promote ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin.
