India launches anti-dumping investigation into Chinese acrylic fiber
On April 19, 2017, the Anti-dumping Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement stating that in response to the application of its domestic industry, it decided to launch an anti-dumping investigation into acrylic fiber imported from China, Belarus, Ukraine, the European Union and Peru. It mainly involves products under Indian Customs tariff numbers 550130, 550330, and 550630. The investigation period is from April 2016 to March 2017. Interested parties should submit information to the Indian investigation agency within 40 days from the date of filing the case.
