India launches anti-dumping investigation into Chinese high-tenacity polyester yarn
On June 15, 2017, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement stating that at the request of SRF Limited & Reliance Industries Limited, it would launch an anti-dumping investigation into high tenacity polyester yarn originating in or imported from China. The dumping investigation period in this case is from April 2016 to March 2017, and the industrial damage investigation period is from 2013 to 2014, 2014 to 2015, 2015 to 2016 and the dumping investigation period. The Indian customs code of the product involved is 54022090.
Stakeholders should submit relevant information about this investigation and hearing application paper documents, questionnaire answers and comments to the Anti-Dumping Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India within 40 days from the date of this announcement.
