Colombia launches anti-dumping investigation into Chinese denim
On August 24, 2017, the Colombian Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism issued Resolution No. 0133 on August 22, 2017. Upon the application of local companies COLTEJER S.A. and FABRICATO S.A., denim originating in China (Spanish: Tejidos de mezclilla “denim” y los demás tejidos de algodón) initiated an anti-dumping investigation. The tax numbers of the products involved are: 5209.42.00.00, 5209.49.00.00, 5211.42.00.00, 5211.49.00.00.
