About China (Guigang) Textile and Clothing Fashion New District
The Guigang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government proposed to build a new textile and clothing fashion district with high status, high standards and high layout. We will focus on planning and layout from a high starting point, make the industry bigger and stronger, and vigorously build China (Guigang) Textile and Garment Fashion New District to form It is an industrial cluster with Pingnan County as the focus of development and “one core and six parks” as its functional layout.
In 2022, under the severe situation of the downturn of the textile and garment industrial economy, Pingnan County issued the “Pingnan County Textile and Garment Enterprises to Commence Production in 2022 to Support and Reward Implementation Plan”, fully supporting the acceleration of the production of textile and apparel enterprises to achieve results, the construction of China (Guigang) Textile and Apparel Fashion New District (Pingnan Region) has achieved significant results, and the 15th Global Textile and Apparel Supply Chain Conference was held in Pingnan County. Up to now, a total of 255 textile and apparel projects have been signed, with a contract investment of approximately 34 billion yuan, and 115 projects have been started. 30 companies including Weilian Textile, Liuling Textile, Sijizhi Textile, and Qiyuan Textile have been put into production (including Trial production), 7 enterprises in the park have achieved regulatory approval.
“Functional layout of one core and six parks: “One core” is the core area of Zhenlong headquarters. “Six parks” include Dacheng Green Ecological Park, WulinIntelligent Manufacturing Park, Da’an Workwear Customization Park, Linjiang Brand Innovation Park, Daxin Quality Children’s Clothing Park and Mule Leisure Sports Park have an overall planned area of 60.58 square kilometers. The new textile and clothing fashion zone is driven by green functional dyeing and finishing, supported by technological textile fabrics. Focus on fashionable high-end clothing manufacturing (sports, leisure, outdoor, children’s clothing, work clothes, casual suits, etc.), develop the entire industry chain textile and clothing fashion industry, and achieve “laying the foundation in one year, scaling up in three years, reaching 100 billion in five years, and reaching 100 billion in ten years” With the strategic goal of “doubling the value again every year”, we will create a nationally first-class and internationally renowned new functional area for Guigang’s textile, clothing and fashion industry.
