According to customs statistics, my country’s exports of textiles and clothing in September 2017 were approximately US$23.75 billion, a year-on-year increase of 4.33% and a month-on-month decrease of 9.64%. Among them, exports of textile yarns, fabrics and products were US$8.969 billion, a year-on-year increase of 16.18%, and a month-on-month decrease of 7.50%; exports of clothing and clothing accessories were US$14.780 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 1.76%, and a month-on-month decrease of 10.89%.
From January to September 2017, my country’s total exports of textiles and clothing were US$199.788 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 0.65%. Among them, exports of textiles were US$81.154 billion, a year-on-year increase of 2.04%; exports of clothing were US$118.634 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 2.41%.
