Kazakhstan’s light industry output value increased by % year-on-year

According to data released by the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of Kazakhstan, Kazakhstan’s light industry achieved an output value of 128.7 billion tenge in 2020, year-on-year. In addition, in order to meet the needs of residents for epidemic prevention supplies, more than 70 sewing factories across the country have switched to the production of masks, with a daily output of 700,000 gauze and printed cloth masks.
