Vietnam exports yarn. Ten thousand tons
According to the latest statistics, in April 2023, Vietnam’s textile and clothing exports reached 2.54 billion US dollars, a month-on-month decrease of 3.26%, a year-on-year decrease of 19.4%; the export of yarn was 144,200 tons, a month-on-month decrease 4.71%, a year-on-year decrease of 1.41%; imported yarn was 84,300 tons, a month-on-month decrease of 16.39%, a year-on-year increase of 0.87%; imported fabrics were US$1.151 billion, a month-on-month increase of 15.08%, a year-on-year increase of 2.86%.
From January to April 2023, Vietnam’s textile and clothing exports reached 34.595 billion U.S. dollars, a year-on-year decrease of 17.94%; the exported yarn was 492,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 16.19%; the imported yarn Threads were 325,100 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 9.26%; imported fabrics were US$4.136 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 18.09%.
