Achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality is our country’s solemn commitment to the world. The “14th Five-Year Plan” is a critical period and window period for carbon peaking. The “14th Five-Year Plan” outline strengthens the orientation of green binding indicators to serve carbon peaking. Doing a good job in carbon peaking and carbon neutrality is the government’s goal in 2021 One of the eight key tasks of the work report.
