What is nylon-polyester corduroy? Specifications of nylon-polyester corduroy, nylon-polyester corduroy in English (N/T corduroy), customs HS code: 58016200, is a fleece fabric woven from ultra-fine polyester-nylon composite silk. It belongs to a double-weft structure, consisting of two sets of weft yarns. Interwoven with a set of warp yarns, it can be woven by rapier looms, water-jet looms, and air-jet looms. The most common one is woven by water-jet looms!
Common ingredient ratios are: non-elastic: 90% polyester, 10% nylon; elastic: 85% polyester, 12% nylon, 3% spandex (the ingredient ratio is only an approximate value!)

Disadvantages of nylon-polyester corduroy and current solutions:

After cutting, only a short length of weft yarn is fixed on the warp yarn, so the fabric will easily lose lint at the incision. If you use force to pull out the lint, you can still pull it out. If you have high requirements for shedding, you need to choose W-type, UW-type, VW-type and other consolidation weaving methods!
3. Static electricity Polyester fabrics will generate static electricity, but now antistatic agents are added to the styling process in dyeing factories!
4. The wearing comfort is not as good as cotton corduroy. Cotton corduroy has good water absorption, has a certain moisture regain effect, and is more comfortable in contact with the skin.
