Classification of warp knitted fusible interlining:
1. Warp knitting without weft interlining: made of polyester filament as warp yarn (single comb) It is made of fabrics without weft yarns, has large stretchability in the weft direction, and the cloth surface is mostly mesh-like and relatively thin. It is mainly used for fabrics with greater elasticity in the warp and weft directions, such as DuPont’s Lycra, in clothing parts with large movements and for fusible linings. Clothes that do not require high bonding strength often use fine powder dot coating, and the amount of coating is relatively small.

2. Warp knitted full-width weft inlay: One is a raised weft inlay. The weft inlay uses viscose yarn. The base fabric feels soft after being raised, but the elastic feel is poor due to the powder dot coating. , easy to foam, heat shrinkage and shrinkage rate are difficult to control, the fabric is not widely adaptable, and is no longer popular. However, some soft-feeling pile double-comb weft insert varieties have overcome the problem of powder-point coating after switching to double-point coating. It has the disadvantages of expanding the adaptability to fabrics and is still widely used in many medium-thick outerwear and uniforms.

3. Polyester low-elastic yarn weft inlay: Generally, there are many single-comb knot weavings, while the double-comb and multi-comb knot weaving processes are more complicated and there are still fewer varieties. Low-elastic yarn weft-inserted interlining is currently the mainstream warp knitted fusible interlining variety and is widely used. The double-point coating method has better effect and wider application range. It is better to use moisture-curing reactive polyurethane hot-melt adhesive, which has strong adhesion, is resistant to dry cleaning and water washing, and does not leak glue. The coating cost is relatively high. Point, suitable for medium and high-rise products.
