From June 15th to 18th, 2021, Liu Haiqi, Vice President of the Planning and Design Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and 9 experts from the Agricultural Science and Technology Information Institute of the Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences, went to Yizhou District, Hechi City to carry out A special survey on the planning and industrial development status of Guangxi (Yizhou) sericultureindustrial cluster.
The research team, accompanied by Liang Jiwu, deputy director of the Yizhou District People’s Government, Li Minling, deputy director of the Hechi Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, braved the scorching heat and went deep into the ASEAN International Cocoon in Yizhou District >SilkTrading Center, Yizhou Jiaxin Silk Park, Guangxi Jialian Company, Hechi Oriental Silk Road Company, Guangxi Wuhe Boao Company, Guangxi Haijia Technology Food Company, Yizhou Linshengtang Silkworm Tool Company, Hechi Municipal Silkworm Breeding Farm (Yizhou Sericulture Big Data Platform) and Liu Sanjie Silkworm Efficient Ecological Industry Core Demonstration Area in Yizhou District, Desheng Shangping, Banxun Small Silkworm Co-breeding Point in Weidao Village, Desheng Town, and Yiren Mulberry in Yizhou District We conducted investigations into the Professional Cooperative of Edible Fungi and the Liangcun Mulberry Planting Base in Liu Sanjie Town, and had face-to-face communication with the heads of relevant enterprises and cooperatives to inquire about relevant situations. After the on-site survey, a special symposium was held in the afternoon to listen to a report on the development of the sericulture industry in Yizhou District and to learn more about the development of the sericulture industry in Yizhou.
This special survey is to comprehensively understand the standardization and commercialization production level improvement of the mulberry cocoon and silk industry scale production base in Yizhou District, the construction of primary processing, deep processing and logistics facilities of agricultural products, the digital construction of the entire agricultural industry chain, and the market brand system and Public service platform, industrialized operation scale, brand structure, technical service system, promotion of scientific and technological achievements, status of industrial clusters, policy support, industrial poverty alleviation, linkage agricultural mechanism, etc., to understand the status quo and development trends of Yizhou’s sericulture industry advantageous clusters , restrictive factors and their role in rural revitalization, providing intellectual support for the development of Yizhou’s sericulture industry.
Members of the research team include Cui Yongwei, deputy chief engineer of the Agricultural Engineering Information Institute of the Planning and Design Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and Qin Zelin, a researcher at the Agricultural Science and Technology Information Institute of the Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Relevant leaders from the Yizhou District Government Office, the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, the Silkworm Development Center, the Industry, Information and Commerce Bureau, and the Hechi·Yizhou Industrial Park Management Committee accompanied the investigation or participated in the symposium.
