2. Insufficient moisture regain. Fabric that has been printed and dyed loses a lot of moisture during drying, and the specification of fabric refers to the weight under standard moisture regain. Therefore, when the weather is dry and the dried cloth does not regain enough moisture, the weight will be insufficient. Especially for natural fibers such as cotton, linen, silk and wool, the deviation will be very large.
3. The raw yarn wears out a lot during the weaving process, which will cause excessive hairiness to fall off, resulting in thinning of the yarn and low weight.
4. Re-dying during the dyeing process will cause large yarn losses and cause the yarn to become thinner.
5. During the singeing process, the excessive firepower of the singeing will cause the cloth surface to be too dry, and the yarn will be damaged during desizing, causing it to become thinner.
6. Damage to yarn caused by caustic soda during mercerization.
7. Damage to the cloth surface caused by scratching and sanding.
8. Finally, the density does not meet the process requirements. Not produced according to specifications, with insufficient weft and warp density.
