The 62007-2003 “Bed Sheet” standard applies to all types of woven bed sheet products made of cotton and cotton blended or interwoven with other fibers. Bed sheet products of other fibers can be implemented as a reference. FZ/T
The assessment quality of the 62007-2003 “Sheets” standard is divided into intrinsic quality and appearance quality. Appearance quality includes specification and size deviation, pattern skew, weft skew, color pattern, color difference, appearance defects, pattern quality, needle quality, and sewing quality. The quality of products is divided into high-quality products, first-class products and qualified products. The grade of products is comprehensively evaluated by intrinsic quality and appearance quality, and the lower one is evaluated. The intrinsic quality of the product is evaluated by criticism, and the appearance quality is evaluated by piece. The intrinsic quality indicators and requirements are shown in Table 1.

Bed sheet products should also comply with GB
18401-2003 “National Basic Safety Technical Specifications for Textile Products” and GB
Technical requirements specified in 5296.4-1998 “Instructions for Use of Textiles and Clothing Consumer Products”. Special requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the contractual agreement between the parties.
In addition, industry standard FZ/T
62010-2003 “Supporting Bedding” stipulates the applicable standards for bed covers: multi-layer composite bedspreads are assessed according to the standards of “Quilts and Quilt Covers”, and the intrinsic quality indicators of bed covers only assess fiber content deviation and color fastness; single-layer bed covers are assessed according to “Sheets” 》standard assessment.
