③Add smoothing agent during dyeing to reduce friction, reduce the dyeing heating rate, and then drain the liquid at high temperature.
④ Use anti-pilling agent to impregnate (liquor ratio 1:10; concentration 4%). Tumble dry at 120 degrees high temperature.
In short, after testing, according to the actual operation of the above process, after ten times of washing, it can still reach the fourth level of pilling resistance.
