According to relevant experts, in the future, the preparation technology of flame-retardant viscose fiber will all be converted to blending and additive production, and silicon-nitrogen-based flame-retardant viscose fiber with a mid-to-high cost performance will be increasingly favored by the market. Silicon-nitrogen-based flame-retardant viscose fibers will shine in the fields of mid-end textile flame-retardant fibers, high-end nonwovens, flame-retardant fillers, etc., thereby filling the gap between the current phosphorus-based flame-retardant viscose fibers and silicon-based flame retardant fibers. Viscose fiber has a market gap caused by its respective shortcomings. In addition, industry insiders pointed out that export companies of flame-retardant fabrics should also avoid flame-retardant risks from three aspects. The first is to master domestic and foreign technical regulations. Export clothing manufacturers should keep abreast of the regulatory trends on the flame retardant properties of textiles and clothing in importing countries, and organize production in strict accordance with relevant requirements in the textile production process. Secondly, the company must control the procurement of raw materials. When companies select suppliers of raw materials, they require the suppliers to provide flame retardant performance test reports of the raw materials. Thirdly, the enterprise conducts risk prediction and review of the first sample design, strictly controls the product development process, and avoids loss of control of quality due to design errors.
