Peru launches anti-dumping investigation into Chinese clothing and accessories
On June 23, 2012, the Peruvian Competition and Intellectual Property Protection Agency issued a resolution (No. 083-2012/CFD-INDECOPI) in the official daily newspaper, imposing restrictions on clothing and accessories imported from China (from 61,012,000 to 62,105,000 in total). 276 tax code) launched an anti-dumping investigation.
