According to the physical and chemical properties of the bio-based memory T400 fabric and customer sample requirements, the main processing flow is as follows: barrel matching → white blank Unwinding → open-width desizing → cold stacking → open-width desizing → (cloth refining in machine cylinder) → dyeing → dehydration and opening → shaping → rolling of finished products.

Processing and Analysis

1. Flat width desizing

2. Cold rolling pile

Since bio-based memory T400 fabric is usually stiff and feels stiff and rough, although it can be improved to some extent after open-width desizing, it still cannot meet the processing requirements of incoming samples. In order to make the hand feel soft and plump, the fabric after open-width desizing can be padded with the working fluid of the above formula to ensure that the fabric has a sufficient liquid-carrying rate, and then the liquid-carrying fabric is rolled and covered with a layer of plastic film to tie it tightly. Seal to allow full reaction at room temperature.

Since the fabric does not require special temperatures during the entire cold rolling batch pre-treatment process, there is no water or other equipment energy consumption, and the energy saving and emission reduction effect is very obvious. The stacking time is generally 24 hours, which depends on the specific feel. If it is not enough, it can be increased appropriately. However, it should be noted that excessive impregnation with caustic soda will cause some damage to the strength of the fabric.

3. Flat width desizing

For fabrics after cold rolling batch processing, they are again subjected to open width annealing. Pulp machine processing, the second flat-width desizing process prescription is as follows:
