1. Models of O-shaped heald penetration rods
(1) Markings of A-shaped heald penetration rods
Example:
Suitable for closed O-shaped heddle ear healds, length 1000mm, width 9mm, thickness 1.5mm, the distance from the end of the heddle rod to the center of the hole is 16mm, the A-shaped heddle rod with a hole diameter of 3.2mm is marked: Heddle rod AO1000× 9×1.5—16—3.2.
(2) Marking of B-shaped heald rod
Example:
Applicable to closed O-shaped heddle lug healds, length 1000mm, width 9mm, thickness 1.5mm, from the end of the heddle rod to the center of the hole The mark of the B-shaped heald rod with a distance of 16mm and a hole diameter of 3.2mm is: heald rod BO 1000×9×1.5-16-3.2.
2. Model of J-shaped heald threading rod
Suitable for J-shaped heald lug steel plate heald threading rod, length 1000mm.
The mark of J-shaped heald penetration rod is: Heddle penetration rod 1000-J
3. Model of C-shaped heald penetration rod
Suitable for C-shaped heald lug steel plate heald penetration rod, length 1000mm.
The mark of the C-shaped heddle passing rod is: heddle passing rod 1000-C.
