Chen Dapeng and his delegation went to China Fashion Science and Technology Innovation Research Institute for research and guidance
On February 21st, Chen Dapeng, Vice President of the China Textile Industry Federation and President of the China Garment Association, visited the China Garment Science and Technology Innovation Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as the Research Institute Research Institute), Yang Jinchun, executive vice president of the China National Garment Association and director of the China Fashion Science and Technology Innovation Research Institute, and Du Yanbing and Li Xin, deputy secretaries-general, accompanied the investigation. President Chen Dapeng held a discussion with Liu Zheng’an, Executive Vice President of the Science and Technology Innovation Research Institute, and heads of various departments, focusing on listening to the institute’s 2022 work plan and understanding the key and difficult issues of the institute in its current work.
At the meeting, President Chen affirmed the institute’s work in 2021 and also pointed out the institute’s development direction in 2022. Chairman Chen emphasized that the institute needs to focus on three aspects in 2022: 1. The entire clothing process digital management scene laboratory and 5G future factory. The current scene laboratory needs to enhance experience and interactivity to demonstrate the digitalization of clothing. Driven by the new industrial logic, the 5G future factory, through continuous iterative upgrades, will become the industry’s most cutting-edge clothing intelligent factory; 2. Optimize major service platforms , focus on the digital transformation of clothing and intelligent manufacturing, concentrate on attacking one point, do something and do something else; third, coordinate development, rely on the industry advantages of the China Garment Association, and leverage China Garment Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance forms the core capabilities and core business of the institute and supports the long-term development of the institute.
As a start-up industry public service organization based on professional technology, the China Garment Science and Technology Innovation Research Institute needs to grow in practice, make progress in growth, focus on core business, exert core capabilities, serve enterprises, serve the government, and serve the industry. Digital transformation and smart manufacturing in the apparel industry set the benchmark.
