The main target of this review is the textile industry cluster pilot that established a joint construction relationship with the China Textile Federation in 2019. The purpose of the review is to carefully review the implementation of the agreement in the past three years by comparing it with the “Pilot Co-construction Agreement” signed in 2019, summarize the achievements and existing problems of cluster economic development, the effects and shortcomings of the pilot co-construction, and combine it with the current situation , clarify the development ideas for the next step.
Each textile industry cluster pilot area needs to attach great importance to the notification requirements and prepare and submit relevant review materials as soon as possible according to the review work arrangements.
