These comprehensive factors have put great pressure on Humen. Despite this, Humen’s garment industry still has many advantages and still has good development prospects. Humen is located in the center of the Pearl River Delta and faces the “dual zones” (Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Shenzhen’s pioneer demonstration zone for building socialism with Chinese characteristics) Opportunities for construction, the Dongguan government has also introduced the Shenzhen-Dongguan integration policy, Dongguan has entered a new era of “double thousand” (GDP exceeds one trillion, population exceeds 10 million), and the country’s “dual cycle” mutually reinforcing development pattern also It is conducive to the development of Humen’s industry, and Humen is a “world-class textile and apparelindustrial clusterpioneer zone” designated by the China Textile Federation. Facing challenges and opportunities, Humen hopes to re-adjust the development ideas of the garment industry and start anew. In order to dig deeper into the pain points of enterprises, understand the current status of the industry, bottlenecks and future development needs, and provide a more practical basis for the formulation of the “Humen Garment Industry Plan”, based on the previous two surveys, the expert group is now invited again Go to Humen for field research.
