Jingtong City Supervision Punishment No. [2022] No. 3208 shows that the Beijing Tongzhou First Branch of Haynes Morris (Shanghai) Commercial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “party”) purchased and sold substandard products as follows: A total of Purchased 13 pieces of “H&M” brand baby jumpsuits (model number CN1124968S22), with a cost price of 22.51 yuan/piece, and sold 2 pieces at a selling price of 79.9 yuan/piece, with a profit of 117.48 yuan; a total of “H&M” brand dresses ( Model No. CN11227633V7D98A1) 6 pieces, the cost price is 57.08 yuan/piece, 1 piece is sold, the price is 249 yuan/piece, and the profit is 191.92 yuan. According to Article 50 of the “Product Quality Law”, on September 8, Beijing Tongzhou District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau fined the party 1,266.35 yuan and confiscated 306.7 yuan of illegal income.
Jingxi Municipal Supervision Office Zi [2020] No. 182 shows that two H&M trademark clothing products have not passed the inspection and were used by Haynes Morris (Shanghai) Commercial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Party”) In its affiliated Haines Morris (Shanghai) Commercial Co., Ltd. Beijing Xidan Branch No. 1 (store number 1066), Haines Morris (Shanghai) Commercial Co., Ltd. The above two products are priced at 249 yuan per piece. As of December 6, 2019, except for the Beijing Xidan No. 1 Branch of Haynes Morris (Shanghai) Commercial Co., Ltd., which has one piece of each of the above two products reserved for sample preparation, the above mentioned products sold in the above three stores Both products are sold at prices ranging from 100 yuan/piece to 249 yuan/piece. According to the provisions of Article 50 of the “Product Quality Law”, on September 2, the Beijing Xicheng District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau confiscated 3,310.08 yuan of illegal income from the parties and fined them 9,711 yuan.

JD.com Municipal Supervision Punishment [2022] No. 1159 shows that the Beijing Chongwen Branch of Haynes Morris (Shanghai) Commercial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Party”) sold H&M brand baby jeans (item number: 237031), H&M brand Baby knitted pants (item number: 223013) were judged to be substandard goods after random inspection. The above-mentioned H&M brand products are the party’s own brand, and the delivery party is Haynes Morris (Shanghai) Commercial Co., Ltd. 8 pieces of H&M brand baby jeans (item number: 237031) were purchased, with a price tag of 199 yuan/piece, 5 pieces were sold, and the sales profit was 797.05 yuan; 10 pieces of H&M brand baby knitted pants (item number: 223013) were purchased, with a price tag of 159 yuan/piece. pieces, 9 pieces were sold, and the sales profit was 623.41 yuan. According to Article 49 of the “Product Quality Law”, on August 16, Beijing Dongcheng District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau fined the party 4,773 yuan and confiscated 1,420.46 yuan of illegal income.
Jingfang City Jianfangzi [2021] No. 2318 shows that from July 2019 to the time of seizure, a total of 100,000 emails were sent from the Shanghai Head Office to the Beijing Fangshan Branch of Haynes Morris (Shanghai) Commercial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ” “Party”) shipped 46 pieces of shirts (trademark: H&M, specification: 150/92A), with a cost of 23.42 yuan per piece, and 58 pieces of knitted cardigans (trademark: H&M, specification: 150/80A), with a cost of 28.53 yuan per piece. The above-mentioned products are intended for sale within the parties’ business premises. The above-mentioned products were found to be unqualified by the Beijing Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute. As of the time of the seizure, the parties involved had sold 43 pieces of the above-mentioned shirts, priced at 129 yuan each; and 54 knitted cardigans, priced at 79.9 yuan each. According to Article 50 of the “Product Quality Law”, on August 13, the Beijing Fangshan District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau fined the party 31,704.6 yuan and confiscated 7,313.92 yuan of illegal income.
