Chongqing Qianjiang: Strictly audit sericulture industry development funds
Recently, the internal audit team of the Forestry Bureau of Qianjiang District, Chongqing went to 23 sericulture towns and 1 company to audit the sericulture industry development funds in 2021.
The review team reviewed the seedling subsidies for new mulberry orchards, fertilizer subsidies for mulberry orchard management, supporting sericulture facilities and equipment, small silkworm co-breeding subsidies, and large sericulture majors one by one through listening to reports, reviewing information, and on-site exchanges. Conduct a comprehensive review of the management and use of funds such as subsidies for cultivation and inefficient mulberry orchard renovation, and point out issues that affect the completion of the development goals of the sericulture industry, hinder the effectiveness of policy implementation, fund management, etc., implement problem list management, and implement item-by-item rectifications within a time limit.
In the next stage, the audit team will extend internal audit to some village committees and sericulture farmers to ensure the performance of sericulture industry development funds, focus on promoting the development of the entire sericulture industry chain in the region, improve quality, increment and efficiency, and help rural revitalization.
