This fabric will enter the Vietnamese market
According to a report by Vietnam Investment News on March 3, Vietnam’s MAYNOHASHI Company signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Japan’s YUWASHOTEN Co., Ltd. to promote the export of Japanese fabrics to the Vietnamese market. Previously, MAYNOHASHI imported fabrics from three companies including KOKKA, UNI and COSMO from Japan. At present, the Vietnamese market mainly imports Chinese fabrics. Chinese fabrics are cheap and rich in variety, but the quality is unstable. However, the fabrics imported from South Korea, India, and Malaysia have few varieties and are concentrated in fixed areas. The cloth imported from Japan for sewing “Ao Dai” costs 1.5 million VND/square meter. Although the price is not cheap, it is of good quality and high safety.
