On March 12, in the Andong Park of Jinjiang Economic Development Zone, the green high-end fabric finishing micro-industrial park project ushered in the completion of the main structure. It is expected that the project will be completed and accepted by September this year.
At the construction site, workers are carrying out capping construction of the Talent apartment building. At the same time, processes such as wall construction, water and electricity laying, and fire protection pipeline installation for 4 standard factory buildings, 1 R&D complex building, and 2 talent apartments are also being stepped up.
“At present, we have more than 460 workers working in three shifts and have completed the construction of the main structure of the 167,000 square meter industrial space. The steel structure three-dimensional warehouse will be constructed on March 15.” Project manager Chen Junqing introduced .
It is reported that the green high-end fabric finishing micro-industrial park is a key provincial construction project in 2022, a pilot project for the standardized construction of Quanzhou Industrial (Industrial) Park, and a chain-reinforcement project for Jinjiang’s textile dyeing and finishing industry.
The project covers an area of 100 acres and will build 170,000 square meters of industrial space, including a standard factory building area of 130,000 square meters. The park’s floor area ratio can reach 2.45. It will develop fabric research and development, Finishing, waterless printing and dyeing and other related industries will create a high-end fabric finishing industry cluster, and it is expected to introduce more than 15 boutique finishing factories.
At present, the project has attracted more than 30 domestic companies to negotiate, and 6 companies have agreed to settle in, covering film production, high-end lamination, hot stamping, and digital printing and other technology companies.
For enterprises settled in the development zone, Jinyuan Development Group, a state-owned enterprise affiliated to the development zone, will provide full life cycle financial service products, and work with financial institutions to provide enterprises with factory loans, equipment loans, growth loans, technology loans, talent loans, etc., fully supporting enterprise innovation R&D, business development.
