Argentina makes final anti-dumping ruling on Chinese wool fabrics

On November 30, 2017, the Argentine Ministry of Production issued Resolution No. 693-E/2017 in the Official Gazette of Argentina, which regulates wool fabrics originating from China, Brazil, and Peru (Spanish: tejidos de trama y urdimbre) con un contenido de lana peinada) made a final anti-dumping ruling: During the investigation period, the products involved in China and Brazil were dumped, and the products involved in Peru were not dumped, but the products involved in China, Brazil, and Peru did not constitute substantial damage to Argentina’s domestic industry; and Due to the threat of damage, it was decided to terminate the anti-dumping investigation in this case and not impose anti-dumping duties.
