Turkey launches third anti-dumping review investigation into Chinese synthetic and man-made fiber fabrics

On April 20, 2018, the Turkish Ministry of Economy issued an announcement stating that it would launch the third anti-dumping sunset review of synthetic and man-made fiber fabrics originating in China (Turkish: sentetik veya suni devams?z liflerden dokunmu? mensucat) Open an investigation. On June 13, 2012, the Turkish Ministry of Economy launched the second anti-dumping sunset review investigation into the products involved in China. On May 5, 2013, the Turkish Ministry of Economy issued Announcement No. 2013/10, making a final anti-dumping sunset review of the products involved in the case from China and extending the anti-dumping duties in the case for the second time. On August 11, 2014, the Turkish Ministry of Economy launched an anti-circumvention investigation into the Chinese products involved. On August 22, 2015, the Turkish Ministry of Economy issued Announcement No. 2015/40, making a final anti-circumvention ruling on the products involved in the case from China. It ruled that the products involved in the case originating from China were re-exported to Turkey through Poland and Bulgaria in order to circumvent anti-dumping measures. Therefore, it was decided Extend the anti-dumping measures in this case to the products involved in Poland and Bulgaria.
