India made a negative final ruling on the second anti-dumping review of Chinese viscose fiber yarn

On February 24, 2012, India made its first anti-dumping sunset review final ruling on the Chinese products involved, and extended the anti-dumping duties on May 4, 2012. On April 24, 2017, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry launched the second anti-dumping sunset review investigation into Chinese viscose fiber yarn.
